What we're about

Created by Dr. Jason Rogers of Austin Yoga and Chiropractic, this meetup is for those seeking a new way to get the best out of their bodies in the safest way possible. Because of my teaching certifications in yoga, tennis, and personal training in Steel Mace, Foundations and Durability, as well as my knowledge of chiropractic and physical therapy, I'm able to give you workouts with movements and sets of exercises are designed specifically to be as safe as possible while being incredibly effective at increasing strength, stability, and range of motion simultaneously.

This group is for those looking for a fun/challenging change of pace in their workouts. I've brought together several teachers who have extensive experience in various high level sports, yoga, and personal training

Additional Instructors

Edwardo-Movement has always been a big part of my life. I have seen so much benefit from constantly moving and staying active every single day that I'm alive! The opportunity to bring movement to you is so amazing, and I am very grateful to be a part of this great awakening to how awesome we humans are! Come to my classes and find your natural movement, appreciation for this life, and a good sweat too!

JJ-I am a Health Promotion/Kinesiology Major and Psychology Minor with a specialization as a Health Hot ONNITness Instructor who just finished my fifth and final year at the University of Texas at Austin. I played Rugby for UT for 4 years and also worked for the UT Mens Basketball Team as a primary Strength and Conditioning Trainer as well as a trainer for the UT faculty for the Hot ONNITness Institute of Texas.

This isn't your normal workout class or fitness boot camp. We will be integrating movements and breath to actual workouts used by professional and college athletes. This creates an unique experience of stretching/exercising the muscles safely while still being able to use bursts of energy essential to maintaining and improving the body of an athlete. Read the full description to get more info, this is the first of it's kind in Austin so spots will fill up fast!
