"Yoga for Cyclists" focuses on full body dynamic and static stretching for all-around improved flexibility. Our goal is to help prevent and heal sports related injuries, pay attention to muscles that might get neglected to promote full-body strength, and to provide stress management tools with breathing exercises. Classes are taught by passionate certified yoga instructors who also share a passion for moving their bodies way beyond yoga. So come loosen those tight hips and hamstrings, and join us for class!
