Come join our awesome community, and strengthen & stretch your muscles with some yoga! Whether you're a weekend warrior, morning jogger, or training athlete, we welcome all sweat enthusiasts here at Vibrant Studios.
This class is the perfect compliment to your more exertive activities, with gentle vinyasa flow and yin yoga postures, supporting increased strength and flexibility. Focusing on specific muscles that endurance sports might stress, we work to help prevent injuries, and heal pre-existing ones.
Appropriate for all levels, including beginning students, athletes, and students looking to refine the subtleties of their yoga practice.
