This form of yoga incorporates pranyama (breath), asanas (postures) and chanting to balance the nervous system and the endocrine system. Regular practice strengthens and tones the body and facilitates weight loss.
Each class consists of a kriya or set with a particular focus, relaxation (yoga nidra) and a guided meditation.
