What we're about
Join us for all levels yoga, mindful movement, and pilates classes in our peaceful and cozy studio. All classes adjusted for different abilities and desires, and are led by certified Yoga Instructors. We focus on becoming aware of our breath and connecting it with every movement in order to create a whole-person experience and help you function at the best level you can function. This group is mainly for donation-based classes in order to honor you, and me and our resources. When other classes or workshops happen in the space they will also be posted with costs.
