What we're about

This class is suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis. Each class will include stretching, breathing, meditation. People of all levels of fitness and all ages are welcome. You can go at your own pace according to your abilities. This is also a great opportunity for people who have always wanted to try yoga but have never got round to it. Each class is 90 minutes long.
