✨Kundalini Yoga and Meditation✨
Kundalini yoga is a spiritual form of yoga that awakens the soul. In kundalini yoga, we use a specific sequence of exercises called kriya, which includes postures, breath, mantras(in the form of chanting), eye gaze, and meditations. The synergetic effect of these combinations help the subconscious mind to clear limiting beliefs and patterns effectively and you will feel relieved and clear after the practice. This form of yoga, brings your nervous and granular system into balance.
All-levels welcome.

Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a powerful tool that purifies the subconscious mind and helps you access your True-Self.

We begin each class with tuning-in with a mantra of protection called Adi Mantra(Ong namo Guru Dev namo), which means " I bow to the creative Consciousness and Divine wisdom" in Gurumukhi language. Tuning-in shifts our mind to be more receptive to the Divinity and enhances the flow of energy during the practice.

Teacher’s Bio’s:
Mary Hill is a certified Kundalini yoga instructor and has been teaching for eight years. Mary is also a Reiki Master/teacher and is a Shamanic Reiki practitioner. After years of holding space for so many amazing souls as they transition over, Mary wrote these beautiful experiences in “Messages from the Afterlife – Memoirs of a Hospice Nurse”. 💖

Kiyoka is a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Reiki Master. Over five years ago, she fell in love with Kundalini Yoga, taking her first class from Seventh Chakra Yoga. Kiyoka then began studying with Master Teacher Krishna Kaur and began teaching in 2019. Kiyoka has received her master level in Reiki, both Usai and Kundalini Reiki, and has been practicing energy healing for 12 years. She deeply believes in the healing power of Yoga and Reiki and is passionate about sharing these wonderful tools with others.

Join Sarah Saturday’s at 10am in HB Central Park for an energizing FLOW Yoga class🍃

This all-level Hatha Flow class, allows for calming of the nervous system. Connection to breath and mindful movement, we activate our rest & digest parasympathetic. Grounding in the physical body through intentional breathing and meditation. We strengthen through our asana practice, all while embracing mind-body-spirit🌱

Join Callie for Vinyasa Flow Yoga at 10am on Sunday! Vinyasa yoga gives students the opportunity to be in the present moment as they move from posture to posture. This energizing class is aimed to connect breath to movement in order to balance the mind, body, and spirit. Perfect way to start the beginning of your week!
