What we're about

You need some healthy "me time"? Or just like practicing yoga and you prefer an English led class instead of learning your first Hugngarian words on a yoga class?

Join the group and the yoga classes in Budapest, led in English.

Winter: Studio classes

During the cold winter season I teach in yoga studios in Budapest. Classes are usually 90min, led in English and are in a dynamic yoga style, mainly vinyasa flow. You might see some restorative or yin style yoga in the calendar as well.

Summer: Yoga in the Park - Community yoga classes

If you like to get grounded, moving around barefoot on the grass, I guess "Yoga in the Park" is for you.
I organise regular community yoga sessions in downtown Budapest, in the morning and in the evening as well. Classes are held in public parks, close to the Danube to reconnect with nature as much as it is possible in the city.

Size, shape, age or level of fitness & flexibility doesn’t matter, everyone is welcome. As yoga is for everyone.
