Yin Yoga Class open to ALL. No yoga experience needed. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice for ALL levels where poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the body to deeply stretch, mind to relax, help you find stillness and for circulation to increase. Perfect is you need a deep stretch. All you need to participate is a soft surface or yoga mat on the floor. Practice in comfort of your own home. Cameras can be off 💕.
