I use mindfulness as a tool to integrate body, mind, and heart, which is especially effective in reducing stress and bringing awareness into posture during the yoga class and throughout the day. With an emphasis on mindful movement, my classes are focused on alignment, breath, and clarity with each asana transition.
Once again,we are going to meet and practice in Marina Park Emeryville. It is open space beside Marina Path Way and the end of Powell St.
