Join me Thursday mornings for Yin yoga on the beach. This is a slower-paced class, targeting the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) through gentle poses held for a longer duration. This can be a perfect way to de-stress and release built up tensions that often arise from our busy and overstimulated lives!! Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or beach blanket for this seated and meditative style of class.
