Excited to share our Sunday morning together! Class is donation based, appropriate for all ages and levels of experience. We will start with breathwork and meditation, move through some deep stretching and vinyasa based movement, and end with a restorative shavasana . Bring a mat if you have one (I do bring some extras), water and be prepared for weather changes ( we get some super hot mornings in the summer and some chilly mornings in the winter). See you on the beach!!!
