Welcome to Yoga for Beginners. We believe every and anybody can practice meditation and yoga. That is inclusive of children, youth and the senior citizen. We have masters in this group who can lead a group or any individual who wishes to learn. Please join one of our weekly yoga sessions being conducted at various locations. Check for the schedule in our calender. We introduce yoga philosophy and bio-psychology in classes. The topics of the class include breathing, creating psychic privacy or space and developing of focusing the mind. You do not need equipments nor purchase anything. Just have comfortable proper attire for movement and a positive mind. Meditation is an internal practice with a progression towards inner peace and therefore developing and empowered the mind. Individual practising meditation is calm, confident, more loving and has a more expansive mind and values. Yoga exercise known as asanas helps meditation to progress. This is the bio-psychology secret of asana. One cannot even prevent the great and self worth from emitting/arising from within one-self when practising regular yoga practices when performed with proper guidance. Ultimately meditation and asanas rectify the mind and puts it in proper perspective. The mind will develop positive thoughts naturally therefore internal peace bringing internal happiness will be attained. The process when practised correctly helps one to overcome and resolved internal difficulties, emotions and struggles which occupy the mind.
