Come and try Yoga Dance ! A fun, holistic body/mind/spirit uplifting workout. Absolutely no experience needed. Make new friends and community. Includes floor work (using developmental movement re-patterning, Hatha flow yoga, and pilates) and fun, easy-to-do, guided and improvised dance/movement .
We move with uplifting music, following our natural bio rhythms; breath, grounding, fluidity, mobilisation, release, centering and relaxation. Creates an energising and harmonising flow of energy through the body/mind. Go at your own pace. Leave uplifted and relaxed. We are a social friendly group, join us at the local cafe after.
