30-40 people on average attend this workout!
Bring $12 for class and post-recovery, bottle of water, a good attitude and smile, and get ready to sweat it out!
Post Recovery shakes will be served after the workout! And if you have questions about your nutrition that would be a good supplement to workouts like ours, please ask! I love helping people with their health & fitness goals.
I created this group as a program to exercise with awesome people, increase fitness levels, learn about nutrition, and most importantly, make new friends! Join us every Sunday morning for a Morning of FREE fitness class at Santa Monica beach and Monday 7:30pm for YogaFit (all levels)
*These classes are cross-promoted with several groups and programs. You can expect between 20-40 people in the indoor classes and about 50+ at the beach.
