Combining a strength-building flow with mindfulness, fun, and community to build your flexibility for all levels of yoga experience. You’ll boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. Think intention-building yoga Vinyasa with squats, lunges and bicep curls. And this is an all-levels flow so everyone will get something awesome!
And of course, we’ll hang out for a bit after to enjoy post-recovery smoothies and connect with others in our incredibly uplifting community.

What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat (we have some to borrow if needed). 2, 3, or 5 lbs weights will be provided.
