An all levels workout for anyone who's considered taking a boxing & fitness class... all levels will have an epic time building strength, learning some new moves, and taking upleveling your fitness.
No bags, no wraps and no ring. It’s just you, your weights, your goals and our uplifting fun community pulling for you. This relentless one of a kind class will build strength, increase endurance and boost your metabolism.
And of course, we’ll hang out for a bit after to enjoy post-recovery smoothies and connect with others in our fitness community.
What to Bring: A bottle of water, a towel 2, 3, 5, 8, 10 lbs weights will be provided.
Class begins at 7:30pm so please arrive between 7-7:15pm.
