I need someone to motivate me. Yup! I've been there too! Thats why I made this group! And these events! To support YOU when you aren't sure you can do it on your own!
Fearlessly Fit is a program to exercise with awesome people, increase your fitness, learn about nutrition, and most importantly! make new friends! Join us every Sunday morning for a Morning of FREE fitness classes - starts with
warmup activities for ALL levels, then... We break off into smaller groups:
Circuits in the sand (upper and lower body, and core) for ALL Levels,
Afterwards, we ask that you donate 7 bucks for a post-recovery shake while we host a healthy fun mixer and teach a quick Nutrition Class while you get to meet other Fun, Fitness-minded new Friends!
Mon 7:15pm Miracle Mile: YogaFit (all levels)
Tues 7:15pm Miracle Mile: Solid Strength- all levels circuit
Wed 7:15pm Miracle Mile: YogaSculpt - all levels strength yoga
Thurs 7:15pm Miracle Mile: Boxing-Infused workout - all levels

*These classes are cross-promoted with several groups and programs. You can expect between 20-40 people in the indoor classes and about 50+ at the beach.
*Sunday morning is a massive group although we break up into smaller groups so you are able to get a great workout and meet new friends! I'll be working out alongside you too!
