    We all know that exercise and eating right leads to good health, weight loss, and overall feeling healthier. But not always is it that simple. What exactly should I eat? And how much? Its hard to start on track when there are distractions, or I'm sore? I need someone to motivate me. Yup! I've been there too! Thats why I made this group! And these events! To support YOU when you aren't sure you can do it on your own! Fearlessly Fit is a program to exercise with awesome people, increase your fitness, learn about nutrition, and most importantly! make new friends! Join us every Sunday morning for a Morning of FREE fitness classes - starts with warmup activities for ALL levels, then... We break off into smaller groups: Circuits in the sand (upper and lower body, and core) for ALL Levels, Afterwards, we ask that you donate 7 bucks for a post-recovery shake while we host a healthy fun mixer and teach a quick Nutrition Class while you get to meet other Fun, Fitness-minded new Friends! Mon 7:15pm Miracle Mile: YogaFit (all levels) Tues 7:15pm Miracle Mile: Solid Strength- all levels circuit Wed 7:15pm Miracle Mile: YogaSculpt - all levels strength yoga Thurs 7:15pm Miracle Mile: Boxing-Infused workout - all levels Tues/Thurs workouts- check the calendar for additional events. Fri rotating Community Event Rotating Soundbath Meditations too! *These classes are cross-promoted with several groups and programs. You can expect between 20-40 people in the indoor classes and about 50+ at the beach. *Sunday morning is a massive group although we break up into smaller groups so you are able to get a great workout and meet new friends! I'll be working out alongside you too!

    • What we'll do Join us every Monday for an all- levels Yoga to get over a crazy Monday and set yourself up for success for the week! Bring a mat and a friend :D {{Great for beginners, Challenging for everyone}} Arrive at 7:30pm for nearby available parking, class starts right at 7:45pm. Give yourself a few extra minutes to find our free neighborhood parking, check in, and to meet others. What to expect: An epic yoga class focusing on strength building, core, and focus on tight hips from weekend-warrior'ing or desk-working, plus an epic post-recovery shake while we host a healthy fun mixer and meet other Fun, Fitness/Zen-minded new Friends! When you arrive at FitLife, please let whoever greets you know that you are my guest (Melissa) so we can meet before we begin! Lets strengthen our fit, healthy active community by bringing a friend! We are a community-based group, not a big gym so we grow by word of mouth. Our 5 Day Eat Clean Challenges are launching!     Combining a strength-building flow with mindfulness, fun, and community to build your flexibility for all levels of yoga experience. You’ll boost your metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. Think intention-building yoga Vinyasa with squats, lunges and bicep curls. And this is an all-levels flow so everyone will get something awesome! And of course, we’ll hang out for a bit after to enjoy post-recovery smoothies and connect with others in our incredibly uplifting community. Class begins at 7:30pm so please arrive between 7-7:15pm.
