What we're about

At YogaHighs we are down to earth, fully qualified yoga teachers and are devoted to bringing yoga and well-being to the life of Londoners. Our classes are fun and will inspire you to delve deeper in your yoga practice and keep discovering the benefits it can bring in all areas of your life. Yoga is not a secret Indian mystery club, it is not about following a diet or being flexible. It is a way of life, being respectful towards ourselves, each other and nature. With practice we focus better, we become more comfortable in our own skin, we can cure ourselves from depression, aches and pains, increase vitality and find grounding in this ever changing world. We truly believe that everyone has the tools necessary to live a happy and fulfilled life and we can discover these with the help of yoga.

Our Wednesday classes are based at Stockwell Centre (part of Morley College), right behind Stockwell tube station (Northern Line/ Victoria Line).

The yoga shala is spacious and tranquil with timber flooring and lots of light, overlooking a lovely little garden. All levels are welcome!
