Sweet Flow at Tanyard Creek Park (Donation Class)
(OUTDOOR) A mindful practice, Sweet Flow brings attention to connecting breath and movement. The class is an active hour of yoga that incorporates sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, and back bends - ending with a few luscious minutes in Savasana (final resting pose). Bring your mat, water, and a towel. All levels welcome. Class Fee: No class fee, donations of any amount accepted Location: Tanyard Creek Park / Louise G. Howard Park Style: Hatha Instructor: Kristen Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. No restrooms at this location. OUTDOOR CLASSES ARE HELD ONLY IF THE TEMPERATURE IS 60 OR WARMER WITH NO RAIN. From North/Northeast Metro Area - Take GA-400 to I-85 South, Take I-75 North. Take the first exit to Northside Drive (exit 252A). Turn RIGHT onto Northside Drive.
