YogaMac encourages you to slow down and reconnect with your authentic self. Everyone is welcome here; regardless of experience, body type, or orientation. Small classes promote your personal growth on and off the mat. Classes are tailored to meet the needs of individuals that are present.

Monday night (7:45pm) class is: Yoga for Strength @ Just Practice Yoga

Tuesday afternoon (4:30) class is: Vinyasa Flow @ Blue Sky Yoga

Both classes are light-hearted while still being best-suited for people up for a challenge; providing you with a safe environment to explore and have fun.

Just Practice Yoga

Yoga for Strength is an open level vinyasa class designed to be both challenging and fun. Classes are thoughtfully planned and anatomy driven with attention to safe alignment and mindful transitions. Classes promote physical strength and mental resilience and equanimity through a combination of strength building and active stretching with a focus on breath awareness. We approach our practice with curiosity and acceptance for our bodies, and students are always encouraged to take ownership of their practice by adjusting their personal level of intensity. Kelli is committed to creating a welcoming environment — providing guidance that will lead to a sustainable yoga practice, and most of all, to a practice that encourages students to tune out the inner critic to promote peace within.
