New to yoga or looking for a refresh on the foundations of practice?
The beginners course provides a step by step introduction to the practices of Vinyasa Yoga:
Theory and Philosophy, Breathing practices, Physical Postures/Asanas and Guided relaxation.
Exploring together how yoga practice can improve your overall Wellbeing, increasing Energy Levels, encouraging Mindful Eating and Weight Loss and developing a new found Strength and Flexibility both physically and emotionally. The course provides a strong foundation to prepare you to join further yoga classes.
Who is the course for?
Anyone and everyone who wants to bring more energy and space into their life
Any size, age, sexuality, gender and physical ability
What should I wear / bring?
Yogasara provides all the equipment required, but you can bring your own mat if you like.
Comfortable clothes, you can move in. You may get hot, so wear something cool.
Try not to eat for 1.5 hours before the class and any food should be light
The course starts on Thursday 12th Jan 2017 and finishes on Thursday 16th Feb 2017 ( 6 weeks)

Terms & Conditions:
The beginner’s courses are non-refundable, if you are unable to attend the course after week 1, but no later, you can transfer your place onto another course or have credit for drop in classes with Katie Despres (to be used within three months from agreed date).
Who is the teacher?
Katie Despres is a 500-hour qualified Yoga teacher with the Independent Yoga Network, trained at the Yogasara teaching academy. Katie has run a number of beginner’s yoga courses and includes in her teaching her experience as a Wellbeing Coach and Mentor.
