We begin our retreat with a yogi wisdom circle, some yogi movement, blessings for the elements of creation and our food. Next we prepare our meal together, dine, enjoy, dance and close with a candlelight farewell blessing.
Learn to prepare a high energy Vegan meal. Learn some Ayurveda Principals. Then we move and groove and conclude with candlelight meditation

We are going GOLD and WARM this retreat with Turmeric and Ginger in our recipes.
Learn to prepare: Vegetable Upma, Vegetable Rice with Ginger, Banana, Coconut and Date for dessert. Also we will be enjoying a delicious cup of Turmeric Chai Honey Tea and other yummy vegan surprises too.
After our scrumptious meal, we will move and groove to music for the soul. To conclude our special time together, we end in silence and hold a candlelight ceremony.
