Yogi Book Club is a community for those who have been practicing the physical asana movements of yoga for awhile and are interested in deepening their understanding of yoga and all that entails. We meetup once a month to discuss a yoga related book. Books will range from technical manuals on asana poses and pranayama techniques to fun quick reads loosely associated with yoga. Other book topics will include meditation, mindfulness, spiritual texts and anything else loosely related to yoga. We also organize group asana practices, workshops, potlucks and the occasional weekend yoga retreat.
