Yogic Meditation holistically integrates a wide array of spiritual practice that is flexible and adaptable to suit each individual. These practices are variously done sitting (in chairs or on the floor), lying down, standing and in movement. They range from the simple yet powerful meditations on awareness itself, to complex meditation practices such as working with the subtle energy body. These tools can be applied to bringing wellbeing and balance to the mind and body, and to open awakening and spiritual experience.
My background: I am a certified Kundalini Tantra Yoga Instructor with over 10 years experience in traditions of spiritual practice including Indo-Tibetan Yogic Meditation, Dzogchen, Zen, Taoism, Tai Chi and Chi Gong. I am a continual student of these traditions, both learning from some of the greatest living teachers and from the classical texts, for which I also have an academic background from SOAS, University of London.
