• What we'll do
This indoor trainer ride will teach participants strategies to increase speed during a 45-60 minute structured workout. The focus is on skill building and prepping for a higher cadence workout offered at 5:30. Doubling up on workouts is the most efficient way to propel yourself towards your goals, so plan on attending both if able! Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned rider, or a competitive cyclist, you will reap the benefits from these group training sessions. Bring your own bike, indoor trainer, hydration and a sweat towel - you're going to need it! Participants are invited to stick around and enjoy recovery drinks from The Coffee House!
