Enter your best shots of "Framed."
What do we mean by ”Framed“? Your subject must be surrounded by something on three sides so that it is “framed” in some way. Get creative! [This theme does not mean that your image must be in a frame such as you would hang on a wall.]
Paid members may enter up to two prints in each category: Color and Monochrome (B&W, sepia, etc.). Check the More: Files tab above for Competition rules.
If entering photos, please be there around 6:30 to facilitate the competition process. Entry will end at 6:45 so we can organize everything and get started at 7. Thanks.
NOTE: Your entries must reflect the theme. If there is a question about whether an image qualifies, it may be rejected.
If you have questions about how to accomplish this “framing,” here are 4 websites that should help you figure it out: PhotographyTalk (https://www.photographytalk.com/photo-composition-tips/7214-photography-composition-tip-using-a-frame-within-a-frame), SLRLounge (https://www.slrlounge.com/composition-tip-frame-within-frame-inception-style/), naturettl (https://www.naturettl.com/composition-frame-within-frame/), & PhotoSecrets (http://www.digital-photo-secrets.com/tip/2969/17-examples-of-natural-frames/).
