Hello all, I am inviting you to share in celebration of world story telling day on march 24, with an event on the previous Friday march 22, to share and appreciate the great diversity of people within Calgary.

The event is to take place at the Old Y which is located at[masked] ave SW, and is sure to be a great evening of story telling confirmed speakers include:

Toto Ro Andre: will be hosting the evening and I am sure his cute and friendly teddy bears will be assisting.

Bret: Brett (nom de plume: Riot Boy Grrl) is a person of many passions and layers, who distrusts binaries and labels and looks at the world through a glitter encrusted lens smeared with bike grease. He is forever seeking (sur)real moments creating art, connecting, and organizing for liberation. He is currently writing a blog that seeks to challenge the status quo at every turn, and focuses on Brett's experience as a queer, non-binary trans person of size, as well as analyzing white supremacy and rape culture. He spends time working as a counsellor and organizer in the LGBTQ* community (Calgary Outlink), and moonlights as a Bike Mechanic and Core member of the Good Life Community Bicycle Shop. Brett aspires to having more attitude.

more speakers to be announced closer to the date.

after the presentations have been given we will have light refreshments, and a chance to connect with each other.
