Bakbook starts off in his shop where he makes shirts, he looks up and sees a beauty and falls in love instantly. the lady lures him every day to stare at her despite the fact she is married. Bakbook thinks she likes him and tries to talk to her, which is a BIG no no in Bahgdad culture/tradition at the time. the lady's husband beats Bakbook and straps him on a Donkey. the donkey walks through the streets of Baghdad with Bakbook strapped on him for all to see and laugh at, in the end, Bakbook falls off and breaks his leg. His brother the Barber, comes and helps him up, in end Bakbook's lesson is that of regret and not to fall in love hastily, a lesson that I am familiar with, hence why Bakbook is my favorite
