Join us for our bi-monthly meet up on the Eastside in Eagle Rock. We meet every 1st and 3rd Fridays.
The gathering includes 30 minutes of meditation practice followed by group discussion and socializing. We also do different activities that change week to week which include yoga, art making and other forms of expression.
Meditation instructions will be given to those who are new to meditation or need a refresher.
