I always have a hard time choosing just one. Madeline L'Engle stands out for A Wrinkle in Time, one of my first YA loves and one I've returned to many times. Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials Series (Golden Compass/ Subtle Knife/ Amber Spyglass) is another favorite. Garth Nix' Sabriel/ Lirael/ Abhorsen trilogy is also one I recommend often. But I read voraciously and have loved both Harry Potter and Twilight as well as a multitude of books in between. I just finished The Fault in Our Stars and loved it.
Hi everyone, I'm Debbie. I love to indulge my inner teenager with YA books and television and movies made for YA audiences. I'm also a writer currently dabbling with a YA novel and love hearing what others enjoy about YA books.
A great group of people who share a love for YA fiction. Should be plenty of interesting discussions to come.
