What we're about

Journaling has the power to transform and heal. Join us as we discover ourselves through writing and sharing. This is a time to be still, to better understand who you are, and how to best grow into your higher self. In this free orientation to our weekly program, we introduce you to guided visualization, stretching exercises, breathing techniques, and, of course, journaling to you higher self.

Through these practices, we become aware of our battles or issues, how to accept them, and how to move fully into a personal healing process. Transformation happens when we open ourselves to the power of sharing our own story with others. Through empathetic (judgment free) listening and response, we gain the self-confidence to accept and understand difficult issues, process them more thoroughly, and map out our ideal futures.

Bring loose-fitting clothing, a notebook and pen.
