DESCRIPTION: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

NOTES: Zumba is good for all ages 13 and up, seniors love zumba too! The class is open to all levels and requires no prior dance experience.
