Wednesday Evening Meditation:
Come join us for meditation, walking, tea, no Dharma talk this week.
Those attending for the first time should join from seven to nine p.m. and request beginning instruction which is provided free of charge by a senior student each week. Try to arrive at 6:45 p.m. if it's your first visit so you have time to settle in. Someone will be in the lobby to greet you and help you find a comfortable seat for meditation (a cushion, bench or chair).
We sit jointly with the Unitarian Universalist Compassionate Mind Sangha, sharing Sensei
Lee Ann Nail as our teacher each Wednesday evening in Hanneman Hall (to the right as you enter)
the Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 5090 Center Street NE, Salem, Oregon.
