Qigong is a 4,000-year-old practice from China which helps your body to heal itself naturally. Qigong can provide relief from anxiety, pain, depression, and arthritis. It can also improve balance, endurance and flexibility. The practice involves gentle movements that our synced with our breath, and focused intention. According to the National Institute of Health the practice of Qigong positively alters the sensation of pain. Qigong is easier than sitting and meditating, and is a little less athletic than yoga.
