Welcome to our afternoon meditation! Mindfulness meditation...guided meditation...and silent meditation in our hour together. Take time to pause in the middle of the day in the middle of the week, and bring greater peace to your life. You are invited to join us for light afternoon refreshments following our meditation.

This will be a guided meditation by Diana.

Refreshments will be seved from 3:00 to 4:00
