Zendesk Product Talks is a tech meetup full of presentations from our 9 years experience of working on the product. We want to focus on the practical side, share lessons learned and discuss different experiences.
Why should I attend?
> How do you know that what you are building is the right thing?
> How do you pick methods of product validation that remove biases from the equation?
> How to know that what you ship is bringing the expected value?
> How hard data can validate if your product works?
> How do you know what numbers aren’t telling you?
> Ever wonder how to work on Products at scale?
If you've ever asked yourself one of these questions - you should join us at Zen Product Talks, share your point of view and find out how we tackle these problems at Zendesk. On March 12th, we’d like to invite you to a product meetup in our office. The evening will be full of interesting presentations, food & beer, and great discussion opportunities.

Who we are?
We are the team of engineers and product managers that built Base (now Zendesk Sell) from scratch here in Kraków and learned a lot working with our first 5,000 customers. Now we are growing and scaling as a part of the Zendesk family - altogether 125,000 customers.
We like to call ourselves a product-oriented tech company. We believe in beautifully simple business software that actually helps people.
