What we're about
A meditation and discussion group for people in their 20s and 30s. Join us for 30 minutes of meditation followed by a short reading and informal conversation with tea and snacks. We gather locally and regionally in order to foster camaraderie, meditate and learn together and support each other on and off the cushion so that we may meaningfully engage with our world.
This is an opportunity to connect with a community of fellow meditators and share in our experience as young people trying to live more sanely while still taking in all that our city has to offer.
