Thank you, Zeke!

Another response:
"If kosher is all right, go to Fifth Avenue Chocolatier. They are certified.
It's rare to see quality chocolate that contains gluten. Most chocolate bonbons are gluten free, unless there's a reason to add flour into the recipe. Dark chocolates are more likely to be dairy free.

"Also, stay away from truffles. They are likely to have cream.

"Hope this helps."

Any non-milk chocolate will be dairy free by definition and chocolate doesn't contain gluten.  You can always buy a bar of quality chocolate and dice it.

Hi,

One reply was:  "I wanted to let you know that if you go into a Kosher supermarket, you can definitely find dairy free chocolate chips. Do you live in Brooklyn by any chance? I can then tell you where to go to purchase them."

Thank you,
Raquel

A member asks, "Is there a shop in the city where i can find Gluten free/Dairy free etc... Quality, Chocolate chips ?
or a class to learn to make them myself?"

Thank you,
Raquel
