How to get your next job

From: Tyrone T.

Hey there, folks. What I have to say here is not gospel. I leave that to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

However, after speaking to people like our resident expert, the dream job maven, Ciro DiSclafani (, and reading books like The Breakthrough Company, Liquid Leadership, and Linchpin, my approach to getting my next job changed. In short, the mindset was that I hired them instead of asking them to hire me.

It is not about being cocky, but rather being sure of your expertise and value.

Here is the link to one of my most recent blog posts on this subject -->

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Kind regards,
