19:15 Talk: Scaling Agile: A bird's eye view
SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Scrum of Scrums, Disciplined Agile, the “Spotify model”, Nexus, …
There is a (growing) number of frameworks and methods to scale agile development (usually based on Scrum). It is clear to most of us that there isn’t the one magic bullet – and never will be. Every approach has its merits and limits depending on the context.
Johannes Kling will present you an overview of notable approaches and mention their characteristics and differences. He can also warn you about common mistakes and problems that he experienced in agile transformation initiatives.

Johannes Kling
Johannes Kling works as a Lead Consultant at Zühlke and is enthusiastic about organizing collaboration in a world of growing complexity and accelerating change. Johannes has been working for 12 years in different industries (telecom, consumer, insurance, banking and medical), predominantly in the roles of an organizational consultant, agile and traditional project manager and business analyst.

Beer & Discussion

Discuss what you saw and exchange your personal experiences with others! If enough of us are willing to continue this at a local bar, this evening can get long!

If there is at least one english speaking person present, we will do the meetup in english. Questions in german and english are possible.
