Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness classes combine elements of yoga, pilates, and ballet to tone and strengthen your body. We'll work you from head to toe and you'll feel great afterward.

Barre Fitness is a no impact, light on joints, hard on muscles workout. Our instructors are trained to modify exercises for anyone who has challenges due to injuries or other physical challenges.

No experience in dance or exercise is necessary. Beginners are welcome!
