Imagine how a boat with its crew has different functions and capabilities. Some of the parts are meant to bring the ship forward others are there to maintain it.
Now every boat has a captain and the captain's function is to set the direction on the map and tell the crew where to go.
What happens when the captain starts to take over the responsibilities of the crew? When he starts to maintain the ship and go and shovel the coal?
No one is looking after the ship and where it is heading.
Eventually it goes into a completely different direction than intended.
Does this sound familiar?
Don't you sometimes become harsh to yourself, beating yourself up about mistakes you keep making? Don't you wonder why you still feel stressed, unsatisfied and unhappy?
In these bi-weekly meet ups I will work with the group but also with individuals. It is not a formal therapy setting so I will not engage in this line of work. However, it will teach you how you can manage your boat like a captain.
It will naturally start to establish an unbreakable trust with your unconscious mind and you will discover many hidden capabilities you have inside of you.
You might expect that you will be given many tools to transform your life. And you are right. However, the tools will be learned mostly unconsciously. That ensures that you start to change your life automatically without the tiring effort of trying to do it consciously.
If you are anything like me you've probably read many books with tools of how to change your life. Some of them seem to be fantastic tools, but for some strange reason you never get to properly apply them and hence never reap the rewards.
By bypassing the conscious mind those tools will be applied unconsciously. Just like you are doing it now with your negative self talk. Did you ever have to sit down and say ok I'm going to talk very negative about myself now?
Now just because it is applied unconsciously, does not mean it is effortless. It just means that you are now changing naturally and holistically from within.
It's the kind of change you have experienced before. Suddenly foods you disliked become likable or vice versa. It happens all by itself. Yet something in you made that change.
Of course the more regularly you show up, the more the benefits you will be getting out of it:
- natural self - esteem
- Unbreakable trust with your unconscious mind
- long hidden potentials inside of you unlocked
- blocks that were holding you back start to shift or resolve
This meet up is not a quick fix. It is a transformational journey we can take together on a weekly basis.
