We'll action off this fabulous poster of the Bear-Whale slaying event, hand signed by Bitcoin Core Developers Jonas Nick and Pieter Wuille: https://img1.etsystatic.com/050/1/5558826/il_570xN.673711531_6xox.jpg

This work commemorates the day of October 6, 2014. An unnamed investor, the so-called bitcoin BearWhale, dumped approximately 30,000 bitcoins on the market. Over the course of six hours, the price stalled at $300 until all of the coins were sold off and the evil BearWhale was slayed.

The profit goes to the Bitcoin Association Switzerland, so make sure you bring some coins with you :)

I believe this talk is more focused on privacy, which is also important!

Perhaps we should organize a security-focused presentation / meetup as well some day?

    Nice, I didn't expect such a big interest :)
It might get a bit crowded. We will have a bigger room for the next meetup with Andreas.
