Talk - 'Schema.org & Accessibility – How Can it Help?'

Details
By Chaals McCathie Nevile, Web Standards at Yandex.
Schema.org is a collection of vocabularies that make it easy to markup content so it can be indexed and identified by search engines. The schemas are simple for developers to implement, and supported by Google, Bing, Yandex and Yahoo!
In this talk, Chaals will introduce Schema.org and look at its rapid rise to success (around a third of Google search results now include Schema markup). He will look at the different ways Schema markup can be applied to HTML5 content, and with vocabularies for everything from events and organisations to places and creative works, Chaals will ask how Schema.org can be extended to make it easier to find accessible information on the web.
