For this meetup event, we're wrapping up our Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) series.

WCAG offers four principles in support of accessibility;

• Perceivable
• Operable
• Understandable
• Robust

In this session, we'll look at Understandable & Robust, ensuring that information and the operation of user interface is as understandable, intuitive and as robust as possible. We'll look at:

• Readibility
• Predictability
• Input Assistance
• Name, Role, Value of elements

This session is geared primarily towards developers, designers and user experience professionals. This session also provides value to site owners, project managers and quality assurance analysts. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of what this WCAG principle means and how to reference the success criteria to their projects.

Venue Host: Accenture
Accenture is located in the Citigroup Building at 500 W Madison. Attendees will have to go to the Third Floor Lobby: accessible via elevator or escalator.

Registration will be on the third floor lobby at the main desk. There will be Accenture Employees there to assist anyone and to greet you. We will also routinely have runners looking around the first and second floor of the building in case anyone gets lost.

We will be running folks up in the elevators, but in the event you will be coming up on your own, we will be on the 23rd floor. Accenture resources will be there to greet you and assist you with directions.
