"A Place At The Table" Film & Discussion

One in four children in the United States don't know where their next meal is coming from. Follow the story of three American families as they struggle with food insecurity. More information about the film.

This is the first of several events by the Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice addressing hunger in the world. In addition to the film you will also have an opportunity to become more involved in the community in the following months such as working in a community garden in Detroit and CROP Walk Ann Arbor.

Great documentary. I knew about certain topics, but having statistics and testinomials helps a lot to gather a proper understanding of US situation and culture. Thanks
