Heartwarming Hastings: Old town, castle and beach hike.

DESCRIPTION
Located in East Sussex, this hike starts in Hastings Old Town and then takes you along the seafront at Rock-A-Nore before following the coastal walk.

A bit like with the Seven Sisters Hike, it’s so nice being close to the water, especially on a sunny day. The views from the top of the cliffs are just spectacular.

One of the best things about this hike is it also takes you past the old castle ruins at Hastings. This is a fantastic spot for a packed lunch and a few photos.

WHAT TO EXPECT - HIKING INFO
Distance: 9km circular route
Ascent: c.388 metres
Estimated Duration (approx): 3 - 5 hours walking
Difficulty: Moderate

PROGRAMME
Meeting Point: **Victoria station at 08:25
Move to train: 08:40
Train leaves: 08:54
Arrive at Hastings station: 10:58 Hastings station

Departure Train: 16:25 from Hastings station, arrive back at Victoria 18:36

COST

• The cost for the hike and train travel is £30 per person. The PayPal payment option is automatically set to the Hike & Train option.

• Use the 'NOTRAIN' promo code to pay £10 for hike only ticket and meet us at Hastings station (or travel with us of course, the more the merrier)

• Waterproof jacket and trousers (Please no jeans!)

CANCELLING/REFUNDS
Please update your RSVP to say ‘No’ if your plans change. Others can then take advantage of the newly available place.

If the hike is full, please email info@aaalondongroup.com after the event and request a refund, less the PayPal/Meetup fees. You must provide your email for the PayPal account and transaction reference.
