We’re excited to launch the Community Art Club—a monthly space for self-connection through the arts! 🖌️ This is a guided experience, facilitated by therapists, and open to anyone looking for creative expression in a safe, supportive space.
No art skills needed. No judgment. Just pure creative flow. This isn’t therapy, but it is a space to unwind, express, and connect with others who love to create.
An evening of quiet creation, open hearts, and meaningful connection.
This isn’t about being good at art—it’s about slowing down enough to make something. Whether it’s your first time holding a paintbrush or you’re someone who doodles on napkins, this space is about the process, not the product.
Join a table of strangers (who might not feel like strangers by the end) as you explore guided art prompts designed by therapists to help you connect—with yourself and with others. Expect soft music, shared materials, and no pressure to perform—just a gentle invitation to create, reflect, and be in good company.
